How to book, pay and confirm your Gujarat trip.

How do I book a tour or taxi with GujaratYatra?+

You can book in three ways - fill the inquiry form on any page, message us on WhatsApp at +91 96872 03263, or call us directly. Our travel expert will share a customised quote within 30 minutes.

How much advance payment is required?+

We typically take 25% advance to confirm your booking and the balance is paid before the trip starts. For multi-day tour packages, the advance may vary based on hotel bookings.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, all major debit/credit cards and cash. A digital receipt is shared for every payment.

Is GST included in the quoted price?+

All prices shown on the website are starting prices excluding GST. The final quote shared by our team will mention GST and any toll/parking charges clearly.

Can I cancel my booking? What is the refund policy?+

Yes. Cancellations made 7+ days before the trip are fully refundable (minus payment-gateway fees). 3-7 days: 50% refund. Within 72 hours: non-refundable. Hotel-inclusive packages follow the hotel's cancellation policy.

Taxi & One-Way Cab

Do you provide one-way cab service in Gujarat?+

Yes - we run one-way cabs on popular routes like Ahmedabad to Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Dwarka, Somnath and more. You pay only for the one-way distance, not the return.

Are toll, parking and driver allowance included in taxi fare?+

Our standard taxi fares are inclusive of fuel and driver. Tolls, parking and state permit charges are billed at actuals. Night halt (₹300) applies for outstation multi-day trips.

What car options are available?+

We offer Sedan (Dzire/Etios), SUV (Ertiga/Innova), Premium SUV (Crysta/Hycross) and Tempo Travellers (12-26 seater). All vehicles are AC, sanitised and well-maintained.

Are your drivers verified and English-speaking?+

Yes - all drivers are background-verified, carry valid commercial licenses and have 5+ years of experience on Gujarat routes. Most speak Hindi, Gujarati and basic English.

How is the kilometer calculated for outstation trips?+

Outstation kilometers are calculated from your pickup point back to the pickup point (round trip). A minimum of 250 km/day applies for multi-day rentals.

Can I customise a tour package?+

Absolutely. Every package on our site is a starting template - we customise hotels, vehicle type, sightseeing and add-ons (like Rann Utsav tent stay or Gir jeep safari) at no extra design fee.

Do your packages include hotel stay and meals?+

Most packages include hotel stay with breakfast. Lunch and dinner can be added on request. We offer 3-star, 4-star and luxury heritage hotel options.

What is the best time to visit Gujarat?+

October to March is the best season. For Rann Utsav, plan between November and February. The Statue of Unity and Saputara are pleasant year-round. Avoid mid-April to June due to extreme heat.

Do you offer group tours and family packages?+

Yes - we specialise in group tours (10-50+ pax), family packages, corporate offsites, school educational tours and senior-citizen Char Dham yatras.

Can you arrange Dwarka-Somnath religious tours?+

Yes. Our most popular religious circuit is the Dwarka-Somnath-Nageshwar 4-day yatra. We also organise Ambaji, Pavagadh, Palitana and Shamlaji pilgrimages.

What if my vehicle breaks down during the trip?+

We dispatch a replacement vehicle from the nearest hub within 60-90 minutes. Our 24x7 support team stays on the line until you're back on the road.

Is there 24x7 customer support during the trip?+

Are your vehicles sanitised and insured?+

Every vehicle is sanitised before each trip, carries valid commercial insurance, fitness certificate and passenger insurance.
